COMMUNITY-WIDE HOMESCHOOL MOMS NIGHT OUT & SPECIAL EVENTS

HHBC Homeschoolers, the Hyland Heights Baptist Church community-wide homeschool ministry, is gearing up for an exciting year! With new leadership, the ministry is taking a different approach to this outreach program. No longer will the ministry offer co-ops or classes, but will now focus on supporting and serving the homeschool community through encouraging monthly meetings and special events. Additionally, the ministry will support existing local homeschool groups and co-ops by coordinating the use of classroom and meeting space at Hyland Heights and promoting their events and field trips through the HHBC website and HHBC Homeschool’s Facebook page.

Monthly meetings will be held the first Thursday of each month from 6:30-8:00p, beginning September 3, 2015. Special events planned for this year include a Christmas vendor fair at the December meeting, a Co-op & Support group Expo in April, and a Used Curriculum Fair in May.

Visit HHBC.net here and HHBC Homeschoolers on Facebook here for more information and updates regarding on-going activities, meetings, classes, and field trips!
